Hello and welcome.
I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Leona St. Louis, and I’m the founder of Rising Sun Rejuvenation Spa. This space was born out of a lifetime in the healing arts and a deep calling to create something different. Something quieter, more intentional, more connected.
With 23 years as a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician, and 18 years as a massage therapist, I’ve worked in every corner of this industry. I’ve seen the magic that happens when someone is truly cared for, and when stress softens, skin glows, and energy shifts. That magic is what Rising Sun is all about.
Healing runs in my blood. My grandmother was a cosmetologist. My godmother a massage therapist. And now, I’m proud to share this journey with my daughters, who are continuing the legacy of artistry, touch, and care passed down through generations.
Alyssa – Massage Therapist/Chakra Work
Alyssa is a third-generation massage therapist who brings both technical skill and intuitive presence to her work. As the daughter of Leona, founder of Rising Sun Rejuvenation Spa, Alyssa grew up immersed in the world of healing touch. She received her first massage at just six years old, and has since developed a deep understanding of how the body holds—and releases—pain.
Her passion lies in helping clients break free from physical discomfort while also supporting energetic balance. With personal experience managing a seizure disorder, Alyssa brings a heightened sensitivity to her clients’ needs and a strong belief in the body’s capacity to heal with the right support.
Alyssa’s sessions are grounded, nurturing, and tailored. Her favorite modalities include Swedish massage and Chakra energy work. Whether a client seeks structural relief, deep relaxation, or energetic realignment, Alyssa creates space for both the body and spirit to unwind.
Niqie – Nail Artist/Reiki
With over 25 years of experience in nail artistry, Niqie brings both skill and creativity to every set she creates. She specializes in nail extensions and custom nail art and especially loves when clients come in with a unique or challenging design idea. From clean structure to bold expression, her work is always tailored and meticulously crafted.
Beyond the nail table, Niqie is a proud wife, mom, stepmom, and animal advocate—sharing her home with both two- and four-legged family members. On her days off, she enjoys quiet time with loved ones and never turns down a good show to binge.
